  Avoid!!
  
  Had a gearbox (reverse gear) go on a 530i. Was recommended to use these guys.
  
  Was estimated a week, and a price range of 800-1400.
  
  Kept having to chase them to get updates - was met with them taking the mic ("I think we'll get change out of £2,500)
  
  Anyway, after having to shell out for an extra week and a half hire car, they charge me £1800.
  
  Safe to say, if you wanted to be treated like a customer, and fairly - I don't care what their reputation is, for me they were rude, took the piss, overcharged, under-delivered - and took their sweet time about it.
  
  Avoid.
